5. Travel Itinerary.
6. Bank account that proves income in the form of salary or income worth at least US$60,000 per year.
7. Employment contract with a company established outside the Indonesian Territory.

The visa can be used to enter Indonesia for a maximum of 90 days from the date of issuance.
