Visa Single Entry
Visa Validity
• 60 days.
• Can be extended 2x. Every time extend, will get a 60 day stay permit. Maximum total stay is 180 days.
Advantages
• Can be extended 2 times.
• Can be converted into a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS).
Timeline
5 – 6 working days.
Purpose
Travel, visit family members, social-cultural, undergoing treatment, business, purchase of goods, government meetings, sports, comparative study, courses, take part in short training, give a lecture, attend seminars, attend the meeting, urgent emergency work (natural disasters), transit, join the means of transportation in the territory of Indonesia, pre-investment, guidance, extension and training in product quality improvement and foreign marketing cooperation, audit, quality control/inspection at company branches and potential, foreign workers in order to attend working skill test, Installing and repairing machines, making film and journalism etc.
Visa Multiple Entry
Visa Validity
1 year, 2 years, and 5 years.
Period of Stay
60 days per-visit.
Advantages
Can be extended 2 times. If 60 days is not enough.
Disadvantage
Cannot be converted into a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS).
Timeline
5 – 6 working days.
Purpose
Travel, visit family members, undergoing treatment, business, purchase of goods, government meetings, transit, pre-investment, attend the meeting, making film, conducting production quality control audits or inspections at company branches in Indonesia.
Visa on Arrival (VoA)
Visa Validity
30 days.
Advantages
Can be extended 1x and for a stay period of 30 days.
Disadvantages
• Can be extended 1x and for a stay of 30 days.
• Can do bridging visa.
Timeline
Directly at the immigration checkpoint and 1 – 2 working days via online.
Purpose
• Travel, visit family members, attending meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions or other similar events, transit.
• Given by immigration officials to foreign nationals who meet the requirements, upon arrival in Indonesian territory through immigration checkpoints.
• Can be submitted online before arrival.
Limited Stay Visa
Visa Validity
90 days since issued.
Period of Stay
6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years.
Advantages
Can be extended 1x and for a stay period of 30 days.
Timeline
5 – 6 working days.

Clergy, scientific research, education, family union, repatriation, undergoing medical treatment, foreign workers (TKA), joining to work on ships, floating equipment, or installations operating in the waters of the archipelago, territorial sea, continental shelf, and or exclusive economic zone of Indonesia, investment, secondhome or working visa holiday etc.
