Who is Authorized to Translate Public Documents?
- Sworn translators appointed by a Governor’s Decree if they have not been appointed by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
- Sworn translators appointed by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and using a stamp bearing the blue Garuda logo and in accordance with the authority of the language being translated based on the Decree.
