Submission of Apostille Document can be done online through the official AHU Online website. You can also pick up the Apostille certificate at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law or the AHU Directorate General Service Building, according to your choice when submitting.

Procedures for submitting Apostille Document

  1. Visit https://apostille.ahu.go.id/
  2. Log in to your account with your NIK and password
  3. Register if you don’t have an account
  4. Select “Create Application” on the Apostille menu
  5. Enter the type of document being legalized
  6. Enter the name of the destination country for legalization
  7. Fill in the applicant’s personal data (yourself/others)
  8. Complete the document data and official data
  9. Upload the required documents
  10. Click “Add Application” if needed
  11. Click “Save and Continue” if done
  12. On the preview page, check the application data again
  13. If done, click “Submit Application”, then click “Yes, Submit”
  14. The application will go to the Apostille Application List
  15. The application will be verified by the verifier
  16. Wait for the verification process to complete and make the payment
  17. If successful, the document can be printed.
