The use of virtual office regulations in Indonesia is legal because it is still align with Regulation Number 40 Year 2007 Regarding the Perseroan Terbatas/PT (Limited Liability Company) as below :

1. The Company has a name and domicile in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia determined in the company’s articles of association.
2. The Company has a complete address in accordance with its domicile.
3. In correspondence, announcements issued by the Company, printed matter, and deeds in case the Company becomes a party must state the full name and address of the Company.
