1. Individual

a) Annual Tax Return Form

– 1770 S

An individual who has an annual income of IDR 60,000,000 or an employee who works in 2 or more companies during 1 year has to fill this form.

– 1770 SS

An individual who has an annual income of less than or IDR 60,000,000 and an employee who works only in 1 company minimum 1 year has to fill this form.

– 1770

This form is used for the taxpayer who works as a businessman or expert and doesn’t have any employment contract such as consultant, writer, and doctor. An individual who works in more than 1 company with final income tax (PPh final), local income, and foreign income.

b) The deadline to report the annual tax return is 3 months after the end of the tax year period which is 31 March 2020.

c) A penalty of IDR 100,000 will be charged for the one who’s late and not report the annual tax return.

2. Company

a) Annual Tax Return Form

– 1771

A legal entity which runs a bookkeeping in Indonesian Rupiah has to submit this form.

– 1771 S

A legal entity that runs a bookkeeping in USD is obliged to submit this form.

b) The deadline to report the annual tax return is 4 months after the end of the tax year period which is 30 April 2020.

c) A penalty of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged for a company who’s late and not report the annual tax return.
