I am holding Single entry / C-317 / Dependent visa to enter Indonesia. The visa was issued on 03/Feb/2020 and was valid till 03/May/2020. However, due to ongoing pandemic I was not able / allowed to travel. I am planning to travel to Indonesia soon.

Hence seeking your advice on following.
      1. Am I allowed to travel to indonesia?
      2. What needs to be done in that case related to Visa?

Hi Michael. If you plan to bring in Foreign Citizens, both for Company Representatives or Foreign Workers (TKA), new experts outside the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 11 of 2020 during the pandemic covid-19 in Indonesia, this can be processed. Based on BKPM announcement No. 8 / PENGUMUMAN / A.5 / 2020.

Folowing I attach the flow of submission of the issuance of the support of the visit of representatives of PMA companies and / or foreign workers (TKA) experts during the pandemic covid-19 period based on a decision from the government:

Hi Rickie. If you use VOA, you can do an extension and get a residence permit for 30 days. For your wife who enters Indonesia using free visa or exemption must leave Indonesia immediately, within 30 days of the issued immigration circular (number: IMI-gr.01.01-1102 in 2020, regarding immigration stay permit services in the era new normal). If not, your wife will be fined according to the regulations in force in Indonesia. The maximum is up to August 11 2020 must leave.
