Indonesia Visa on Arrival or Visa-Free? – Foreigners who are planning to visit Indonesia and confused about which kind of vsa should they choose between Visa on Arrival or Visa-Free, here we tell you about what is the difference between those kinds of visa.

1. Visa-Free Indonesia

Usually, tourists use Visa-Free if they visit Indonesia because they are planning to only stay for 30 days maximum. They just want to have a full month of vacation for exploring places in Indonesia. But with this visa exemption, you cannot extend your stay. There are 169 countries that get visa exemption to Indonesia such as Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Spain, USA, UAE, Vietnam, and so on.

2. Visa on Arrival Indonesia

Foreigners can choose Visa on Arrival (VoA) if they plan to stay in Indonesia for more than 30 days which cannot be allowed if they only use the Visa-Free. VoA can be extended a maximum of 1 time to have another 30 days of stay. The fee of this visa is only USD 35 and needs to be paid directly at the Airport.
