2. Children of KITAS/KITAP Holders (Under 18 years old and single)

A. Immigration

1. Visa on Arrival (VoA) extension, Visit Visa (ITK), KITAS, KITAP, and MERP can now be processed;
2. Domicile/address mutation and foreigner’s passport mutation can now be processed;
3. EPO and ERP (Exit Permit) can now be processed;
4. Immigration Statement Letter (SKIM) can now be processed;
5. Affidavit Dual Nationality Children now can be processed;
6. Conversion of ITK, KITAS, and KITAP can now be processed;
7. Conversion of sponsor/guarantor can now be processed;
8. Visa/Telex Approval application service is now opened for foreigners;
a. Onshore and;
b. Offshore but only for Family Unification purpose and Experts/Investors who already have BKPM recommendation.
9. Visa holders such as Visit Visa index D212, B211A, B211B, B211C, and B213 / index Working Visa 312 / Investor Visa index 313 and 314 or ABTC who are still outside of Indonesia, still not allowed to enter Indonesia (except for 7 exceptions which stated on Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 11 of 2020 and already obtained the BKPM Recommendation Letter, for PT PMA (Foreign Company)/PT PMDN (Local Company) who are planning to invite Foreign Expert (TKA Ahli) or company representative during the pandemic;
10. Visa Telex holders still can not obtain a visa in the Embassy/Consulate abroad. Embassy/Consulate only serves a Indonesian Visa pick up abroad which will be used as an entrance requirement to come to Indonesia during the pandemic and only allows foreigners who work in National Strategic Project, foreigners who plan to invest in Indonesia, foreign workers who work in a formal sector but not National Strategic Project (but has obtained BKPM recommendation letter), family unification, medical personnels and aid workers for humanitarian reasons.

B. Ministry of Manpower

1. A new work permit application request cannot be processed based on the Circular Letter from the Ministry of Manpower No. M / 4 / HK.04 / IV / 2020 and Regulation of Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. 11 of 2020 regarding Temporary Entry Ban (Travel Ban) to Indonesia for Foreigners as of the response to Covid-19 pandemic. Except for foreign workers who already obtained a BKPM recommendation letter. Foreign Owned Company / Local Company who plans to invite the company representative / expert to Indonesia outside Regulation of Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. 11 of 2020.
2. The Ministry of Manpower has already reopened the work permit extension for foreign workers who are planning to extend their Temporary Stay Permits.
